Renee Chenez-Bourassa, age 69, passed away at home on May 2, 2024 after a long battle with cancer.  Renee was born on March 25, 1955 in Hudson, Massachusetts, the daughter of Robert D. and Grace E. (Pierce) Chenez.

She worked at Plymouth Elementary School for 20 years as a para-professional educator.

Renee was a member of the American Canadian Genealogy Society and enjoyed discovering her family history.  She loved gardening and nature, was an avid reader, and had a soft spot for animals.

Renee was a loyal and loving mother, friend, wife and grandmother.

She was predeceased by her parents, Robert and Grace Chenez of Plymouth, NH.

Renee is survived by her husband, Andrew of Ashland, daughters Sarah (Thaddeus) Whithed of Dalton, NH, and Kristen (Sean) McClintock of Ludlow, MA, her brother Rowland Chenez of Westboro, MA, and her beloved grandchildren, Hezekiah, John, and Colin.

A Chapel Service will be held at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Highway, Boscawen, NH on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at 2pm.
