KAREN POTTER Obituary

Karen Potter 48, died at home on June 9, 2014 following a period of declining health. Born in Plymouth on December 11, 1965 she was the daughter of Darrell and Natalie [Quint] Potter. Karen was raised in Ashland where she attended grammar school and was a graduate of Ashland High School. She was employed for many years by Lakes Region Community Services as a home provider. Karen enjoyed Saturday poker games with family and friends, get togethers with Pine Haven Campground friends. She was an avid follower of the Plymouth Softball Team, especially when her niece Courtney was pitching. Karen was well known for her huge Halloween display that she and her sister Pam did for many years. She is survived by her parents , brother Dennis Potter of Ashland, sisters Vicki Gearin of Londonderry, Teresa Brown of Holderness, and Pamela DeCosta of Plymouth. Many nieces and nephews and her three roommates Barbara Martin, Janet Clough, and Peter Gray. A celebration of Karen's life will be held at the Dupuis-Cross Post #15 American Legion Main Street Ashland on Monday June 23, 2014 at 5:30 pm.
