John (Jay) Paul, III of Holderness, New Hampshire, passed away on May 31,2025 at the age of 51.  Born on March 23, 1974, he was the beloved son of Jo Ann and John (Jack) Paul.

John is survived by his wife Chrissy Paul and their children: Nicolas Paul, Mercedes Paul, Landon and Kiara Fogg, and Jeriah Paul.  He was a dedicated family man who always put his loved ones first.  He was predeceased by his father, Jack Paul.

John was a graduate of Plymouth Regional High School, Class of 1993.  He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, helping out people when he could and making people laugh.

Throughout his career, John worked in maintenance at McDonald’s for 20 years and Walmart for 5 years.  He was known for his strong work ethic and willingness to help others.

John will be remembered for his infectious laughter, kind heart, and love for his family.  He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the United Leukodystrophy Foundation in John’s memory.

A Celebration of Life will be held on June 28th from 2pm to 4pm at the Plymouth Elks Lodge.
