James P. Gaudet 72, died on July 18, 2017 at Speare Memorial Hospital in Plymouth following a period of declining health. He was born in Westfield, MA on June 23, 1945. He was the son of Victor and Margaret [Cormier] Gaudet. Jim was raised in Fitchburg MA and attended schools there. He was employed as a pastry chef for many years working at WPI and Crown Bakery both in Worcester, MA. He relocated to New Hampshire 20 years ago and was employed at Plymouth State College Food Service, and also at the Common Man Bakery. He is survived by his wife Angela [Howe] Gaudet of Holderness, his son Zach of Holderness, and his daughter Alysha Stafford of MA. Grandchildren Corbin and Sarah Stafford, and 2 brother- in-laws Jimmy and Billy Greene.
