Edwin Charles Engborg, 67 died at his home on January 1, 2016 following a sudden illness. Born in Brooklyn, NY. On October 12, 1948 he was the son of Edwin Charles and Evelyn [Hanson] Engborg III. He relocated to New Hampshire from Auburn, New York. He was an industrial arts teacher in Gorham, Berlin and Franklin, New Hampshire and most recently at the Mount Prospect School in Plymouth. He was a 24 year resident of Ashland. A member of SCOA, ELTO, and AARP. He served on the Grafton County Senior Council, he was a member of the Senior Center in Plymouth, and was a correspondent for the Record Enterprise. He is survived by his wife Kathleen (Turner) Engborg of Ashland, one daughter Renee and husband David Baillargeon of Farmington, two granddaughters Kaitlyn and Tessa; his sister Jane and husband Rory Quin of Wykoff, New Jersey.
