It is with great sadness that the family of Debra Jean (Elliott) Coulter announce her passing on December 1st 2024  at her home in Lancaster, NH surrounded by loved ones.

Debbie was born on Sept 18th 1955 to Milton (Joe) Elliott and Ruth Morrison in Plymouth, NH and raised in Campton, NH.

Debbie lived in NH her whole life and moved further north. She fell in love with Lancaster NH and referred to it as her “hometown”.

Debbie was an active member of the VFW, where she earned the nickname “Bubsy”. She loved being a part of the Women’s Auxiliary and participating in all the functions the VFW offered. She loved helping with events like Toys for Tots, Parades, Partners in Health. She loved helping with the Horse Shoe, Pool and Card Leagues. 

Debbie loved her community and had many jobs but her favorite 2 were bartending and taking care of people. She was always ready to lend a hand and a smile when needed. Debbie loved fishing, shooting pool, racing, playing cards. Dancing. Children and animals. She loved hanging with her friends and cookouts. She also loved going for rides to see the scenery and taking trips to the beach.

Debbie is survived and will be missed by her children, Michael Elliott and Tonya Perreault.
Her 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Many nieces and nephews. Her sister Bonnie Warren of NH and her brother Donald Elliott of Montana.

Predeceased by her brother Ronald Morrison of NH.

Celebration of life will be January 18th, 2025 from 3pm-7pm at the VFW in Lancaster, NH.  Flowers may be delivered to the VFW Hall.   For more information go to Dupuisfuneralhome.com
