Brett Allan Beede, 51 died suddenly at his home on March 19, 2016. He was born in Plymouth on October 6, 1964 the son of John and Carol Beede and Melvin and Patricia [Doyle] Holland. Brett was raised in Ashland. He attended Ashland Schools and was a graduate of Plymouth Area High School in 1982. Brett continued his education in Kansas and Nebraska and was inducted into the community college baseball hall of fame. Following his college years he relocated to Homestead and Pensacola Florida and became a self-employed cabinet maker. He enjoyed baseball, fishing, skiing, and golf. He was predeceased by his parents, Pat Holland and John Beede. He is survived by his two sons, Nolan and Austin Beede, both of Florida; two sisters, Lisa Ash and husband Rick of Ashland, and Dr. Michele Brague and husband David of Pa.; brother John Carpenter and wife Leslie of Florida; Step siblings, Holly Andrews and husband Todd of Meredith, Scott Holland and wife Rebecca of Hillsboro, Christopher Holland and fiancée Sarah Maffei of Campton; Step-Father Melvin Holland of Ashland, and Step-Mother Carol Beede of Florida. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, March 31, 2016 from 6-8 pm at the Dupuis Funeral Home 11 Hill Avenue in Ashland. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, April 1, 2016 at the First Free Will Baptist Church Main Street in Ashland at 10:00 am.
