Barbara Ruth MacKay 96, died at her home on November 21, 2016, following a period of failing health. Born in Grafton, NH, on February 20, 1920 she was the daughter of Ralph and Ruth [Cole] Caswell. Barbara was raised and schooled in Grafton. She moved to Ashland in the early 1940's with her husband Malcolm. Barbara provided housekeeping and child care services for families. She enjoyed reading, crafts, scrabble, and puzzles. She was predeceased by her parents and her husband Malcolm. She is survived by her close friends Carol Goodwin, Nicole Dostie, and Kim Holt. Calling hours will be held at the Dupuis Funeral Home 11 Hill Avenue in Ashland on Tuesday November 29, 2016 from 6-8 pm.
